You can check your order status on our Support page by entering your email and order number (6 digits included in the automated email you received after placing your order).
You can find a link to the online checker in the automated email you received, just click on it and you don’t need to search for anything.
The ETA info is included in the automated email you received or you can use the online checker, the tracking number will be sent upon shipment.
You can change or cancel your order within 1 week of purchase completely for free. After 1 week there will be a 25% charge, as the order is already in production.
Yes, it is. If you need your new holster as soon as possible, then you should select from the “in stock” options for your gun model, which you can find through our holster finder.
If you have a problem with your credit card you’ll receive a Paypal invoice, you can provide the payment by your credit card without Paypal registration. If Paypal is not your favorite option, send us an email and we will give you other instructions.

As the holster you chose needs to be custom made, the delivery window can only start once it’s been produced. If you need your holster quicker, you can choose items that are available in stock by selecting the “in stock” filter in the Holster Finder.

You can find the holsters available for your gun through our holster finder. If you can’t find your gun model, please contact us.
Yes, many of our products such as gun belts or harnesses on our custom shoulder holsters can be customized to fit even the biggest of guys. There are instructions on how to make a note regarding the required size customization in the product detail.
If you are a right handed shooter, choose the right hand option and the gun will be under your left arm.
